HALONG EMOTION CRUISE

Designed in the 1910’s Indochina style, the Halong Emotion offers the perfect mix in traditional elegance and modern comfort. Special attention has been paid to the decoration and interior of the junk. It features 28 comfortable rooms, a dining room with sea view, a bar and a superb sundeck. The boat consist of 3 decks nestling 28 luxury cabins. She can cruise at the maximum speed of 18km per hour or approximately 10 knots per hour.

RESTAURANT & BAR
It is a cozy and romantic atmosphere, will be the feeling you have when sitting by overlooking sea view window and being served in our restaurant. All the dishes are made of fresh seafood at the coast.Any taste of wine will be satisfied in the bar, which is located in the sundeck. And it is where you will have chance to watch the profession of our cook in barbecue.

EMOTION SUNDECK
Located on the top floor is the 500m sundeck, excellent for sunbathing, panoramic views and - if the weather permits – barbeques. Grab a drink in the bar, lay back and enjoy a magnificent sunset. Take advantage of the cooler air in the mornings to practice Tai Chi. Different workshops will be organised by our instructors on deck.

1. Pricing and contract

- Prices and itineraries can be changed without prior notice
- Prices given in propositions and invoices, distributed by e-mail of fax from our staff, are the officially valid rates and remain unchanged

2. Reservation and confirmation

- A deposit of 50% of the full amount is required to confirm your reservation. Final payment must be made before departure of the tour. Otherwise, Halong Emotion has the right to cancel reservations, without returning the clients’ deposit
  - In case a reservation is made within the month of departure, the total sum must be paid at once
  - After booking the client receives an invoice by e-mail or fax

3. Payment methods

4. Cancellation

4.1 / Cancellation by the Customer

In case of cancellation by the Client / Travel Agency, for whatever reason, the client agrees to pay cancellation fees:
- More than 30 days before departure
10% of the price of the cruise
- 10 to 30 days before departure
20% of the price of the cruise
- 72 hours to 10 days before departure
30% of the price of the cruise
- 48 hours to 72 hours before departure
50% of the price of the cruise
- Less than 48 hours before departure
70% of the price of the cruise

4.2 / Cancellation by Halong Emotion

Halong Emotion will cancel the agreement with the client in case of natural disasters, epidemics, political disturbances and other dramatic developments of this kind. In this case the client will receive the total sum of payment back, without having the right to any indemnity.

5. Responsibilities

Halong Emotion provides travel services to its clients as mentioned in the quote/contract given by Halong Emotion. In case anything happens outside the program or contract it cannot be granted under the responsibility of Halong Emotion. During the cruise clients must follow the guidelines announced by our crew.

6. Insurance

Local insurance is included in the ticket sold by Halong Bay’s Management Board. If problems occur, Halong Emotion strives to solve these problems within their capability and responsibility. However, Halong Emotion is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage of personal belongings, death loss, accidents, illness … during the cruise.

7. Litigation

In case of difficulties, both parties must make an effort in seeking an agreeable solution to their dispute. In case of disagreements and/or complaints the ‘Vietnam International Arbitration Centre’ under the ‘Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry will be solely responsible. All complaints must be submitted in form of writing, within 30 days after the provided services from Halong Emotion.

As our boat organize daily cruise on a fixed itinerary, the 3 day and 2 night program is based on the 2 day and 1 night one. The second day will include separate activities and we will return back to the boat for the second night.

DAY 1 HANOI - HALONG - BAITULONG BAY

11.30: Arrive at HaLong Pier. Transfer to the main boat by tender
12.00: Welcome cocktail, while cruising towards Bai Tu Long Bay
13.15: Have lunch, against a stunning backdrop of limestone rocks.
16.00: Reach VongVieng Village, explore local daily life. Choose:
Kayaking, swimming, diving, massage, Kite flying, relaxing
18.00: Cast the anchor near Trong Cave /Ho Dong Tien cave.
19.00: Have dinner with fresh seafood.
Form 20.00: Free a leisure, optional activities : Releasing windlamp, fireworks, folk music (on special days) or BBQ (on request)

DAY 2 BAITULONG BAY - LANHA BAY

6-6.30: At leisure or practise Tai Chi with our instructor during the sunrise.6.30-8.00:Start your day with an International Buffet Breakfast or set manu.Get on smaller boat to explore Lan Ha bay. Boat stop at the Kayaking area where you will be given a basic paddling lesson by our expert on how to paddle safely at your comfort. After that, you and your guide will explore the mystical bay. There will be a lot of swimming, visits to beaches or a lagoon caves (depending on tidal conditions). Lunch on boat.  Back to Halong Emotion boat for dinner & overnight.

DAY 3 LANHA - HALONG BAY- HANOI

6-6.30: At leisure or practise Tai Chi with our Master.
6.30-8.00: Start your day with an International Buffet Breakfast.
8.00-8.45: Visit "Cave of Surprise", the nicest cave in Halong Bay.
9:00 – 9:25: Swimming/relax
9 :30: Cruise slowly through Halong Bay heading back to the Pier
10:00: Check-out, clear bills
10.45: Leave to Halong Pier for the restaurant
11.30: Have lunch in a restaurant in Halong city.
12.30: Pick up then take a drive back to Hanoi, Tour finishes in Hanoi.
